Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

At Lei Custom Collars, every collar and tag is individually handmade with great care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policies regarding returns, replacements, and warranties:

❌ Refunds & Returns

We do not accept refunds or returns unless covered under our Limited Warranty (see below).
Please carefully review your order details, measurements, and customization choices before finalizing your purchase.

🕒 Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your item(s) will enter production and cannot be canceled.

🛡️ Warranty Coverage

Collars:

One-Year Limited Warranty on materials and craftsmanship.
Covers manufacturer defects or flaws in workmanship.
Does not cover normal wear and tear (scratches, leather aging, discoloration) or damage caused by misuse.

Tags:

Six-Month Limited Warranty on materials and craftsmanship.

Covers manufacturer defects only.

Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, dents from daily use) is not covered.

Important: Always inspect your items before use.
If you notice any defect or damage, stop using the product immediately.
The safety of your dog is our top priority.

🔁 30-Day Replacement Policy

If there is an issue with your order (not related to sizing errors or misuse), you have 30 days from delivery to request a replacement.
Replacements only — no refunds.
We cannot replace or remake any order after 30 days from the delivery date.

📐Proper Measuring Reminder

Each collar is custom-made based on the neck size you provide.
We cannot replace, refund, or remake collars due to buyer measurement errors.
Please follow our Measuring Guide and contact us if you have any questions before ordering.

If your small dog has a long neck and you want a wider collar, we can taper any collar down to a 5/8" buckle for better comfort and reduced weight.
Request your preferred taper in the notes for seller at checkout.

🧵 Handmade Variations

Slight differences in color, texture, and pattern are part of the natural beauty of handmade leather and metalwork.
Over time, leather collars will develop a rich, unique patina — a hallmark of high-quality leather goods.

📦 Warranty Claim Process

Contact Lei Custom Collars via [email/contact form link].
Return the item in original condition with all packaging and parts.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item to us; we will pay return shipping back to you for approved warranty replacements.
